Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.

The price of a product might vary in RULZER bricks and mortar store & website due to periodic promotional offers
Technical errors in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such a situation, RULZER has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.
Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5 business days
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on the website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:

The website might display inaccurate information regarding product price, availability, pictures, size & color at times due to technical malfunctions. RULZER reserves the authority to correct & update that information from time to time.

অর্ডার নীতি:

শুধুমাত্র স্টক আছে এমন পণ্যের জন্য অর্ডার করা সম্ভব।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট উভয়ের জন্যই অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানকৃত অর্ডার বাতিল করা বা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিতকরণের পরে হোম ডেলিভারি অর্ডারগুলি প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি: ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি

অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে আমরা অর্ডার প্রদানের জন্য লজিস্টিক কোম্পানির সাথে যুক্ত। অতএব, ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া আংশিক আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে। এরূপ কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দুঃখিত এবং এর জন্য আমরা ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।
